About me

For many years, I have been passionate about remote work because it gives me the freedom to work where and how I am the most productive. My life is more in balance, I lose less time and can focus more on the things that are important to me. Moreover, remote work is associated with trust, responsibility and accountability, things I find very important.

I have been working remotely for years and I am the founder of the virtual summit How To Get Remote Work, where also companies were invited to talk about the organisation of remote work and which skills employers need.

“I had already found a lot of information and inspiration on the internet and YouTube. There are of course questions you can only ask somebody who actually does it and has experience. Many questions for which you are looking a personal and specific answer. I received these answers thanks to Lotte. De questions I asked were answered very well.

During the virtual summit ‘How To Get Remote work’ I received many valuable strategies and tips from experts.

I experience Lotte as a very wise, knowledgeable and driven woman. She has a very specific insight into situations and figures and manages her subject matter thoroughly. And all this from a warm, coaching style. Her answers are always quick and thorough, with an eye for the broader picture.
